rw2 is an ISA card, generating 16-bit hardware random numbers based on the central limit theorem.
The numbers are produced at a speed of more than 16,67 MByte/s and emitted at clock frequency (0..8.33 MHz) as digital noise (sequence of independent random bits, white noise with a critical frequency = 1/4 clock frequency) using a BNC connector. This card is also hot swappable and has also a stereo output (0..2*4.17MHz), three control LEDs (supply voltage, BNC output, clock) and can be used without an ISA-bus because the card does only need 5V and a clock

    This card is hot swappable and based on the PROTO-3 which has a lot of documentation and software.

    The main advantage is that while production of a new random number takes only one clock cycle, these random numbers do pass all tests, i. e. the 15 diehard tests, without after-treatment.

     



     

     

     

    rw4 is a PCI card, generating 32-bit hardware random numbers based on the central limit theorem.
    This card is hot swappable and the fastest hardware random number generator (which needs no after-treatment) of this world.
    rw4 is based on the PCI-Proto Lab/PLX which has a lot of documentation and software.

    RW3USB is a hardware random number generator for the universal serial bus bus.
    The basic version has a USB connection for power supply and data exchange. The premium versions do have a parallel port connection, a stereo output or a battery powered real time clock.

    The parallel port is for data exchange in hard real time with a latency lower than 10 microseconds. The two bit streams at the stereo output are released at approx. 200 kHz and can be used as two channel white noise or random clock signals with discrete exponential distributed cycle duration.
